Westminster Children's Society has recently used the NDNA's consultancy for two projects - one evaluating whether one of its sites should continue in its current guise or change to a more community-based model, and the other evaluating the way the organisation develops its fee structure.
WCS chief executive June O'Sullivan says, 'Consultants are important because they have an outside perspective and can provide a balanced evaluation.
