Jasmine constantly reaches out for items that interest her and the pincer grasp (finger and thumb) is developing, enabling her to pick up tiny blades of grass or daisies in the garden.
She has now progressed to the family bath, as her splashing became impractical in the little one - this new-found freedom gives great pleasure. She also enjoys sucking water from her bath sponge!
Vocally Jasmine is very noisy, loving the sound of her own voice and the changes in pitch she can now achieve. She has begun to make the defined sounds 'mum mum mum' and 'yi yi yi'. She shows definite recognition of many family members, greeting everyone with huge smiles and laughs.
