Nannying is a job. However much you enjoy your time with a family, it is inevitable that you will part company at some point. Some nannies spend years with one family, but others move on relatively quickly.
Nannies who choose to leave a position with a family do so for different reasons. It is likely that feelings about it will depend partly on the circumstances. For example: * You may decide to leave because you would like a change - to work with a different kind of family or age of children.
* Your job may have changed to a pattern that you do not want, even if this has evolved naturally, because the children have grown to school age.
