Crouch End Fields Day Nursery had its registration suspended on 24 February due to concerns over the setting’s ability to keep children safe.
Ofsted said it is ‘looking into the concerns and will keep the suspension under review.’
A Bright Horizons spokesperson added, ‘The safety and wellbeing of children in our care is our number one priority. We are working closely with our regulator to resolve this situation as quickly as possible, and we are working to support families with their care needs during this time.’
The 88-place nursery has previously received two complaint driven inspections by Ofsted, once in 2018 and then in 2019.
