Nursery chain Childbase has risen to 23rd place in the Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to Work For' list.
The Buckingham company, the only childcare provider to be listed by the Sunday Times, has risen by eight places from 31st in 2010. This year it was ranked in first place for making the best use of employee skills, and second in the category of personal growth.
