
In an interview in Monday's Guardian newspaper, the Labour MP, (pictured), said parenting should be taught as a theme, 'not as a separate ghetto subject', but within other subjects, for example children's brain development in science GCSEs.
The review will recommend a move away from a mainly financial approach to tackling child poverty to one that focuses on parenting and early years.
