DIT wants to know more about UK-based providers of early years and SEND services, and investigate how the department can support organisations looking to provide or expand these services overseas.
The survey is run by independent researchers at Ipsos Mori, and focuses on work respondents are currently delivering either in the UK or abroad, and the types of support for potential overseas expansion they would like from DIT.
The survey takes 10 minutes to complete, and at the end respondents will have the option to be added to a DIT database through which they will receive updates about future opportunities and support.
Respondents will also receive a short summary of the survey findings when it is complete.
The survey is open until 7pm on 28 March 2018.
DIT ran an early years education trade mission to China last September, taking representatives from UK nurseries, groups and training providers to meet potential Chines partners. This was followed by a UK-China Early Years Education Development Forum in London in December, where British nurseries could meet with Chinese education groups, investors and government-affiliated organisations to discuss opportunties for internationalisation and collaboration.
