Do you have CCTV in your nursery or school? Do you believe it is now crucial to have this type of round-the-clock surveillance in order to keep the children safe? If this is one of your current considerations, you will find details of some of the systems available, as well as more basic safety items, on page 18. We would be interested to hear about your own security precautions, so do drop us a line if you think you have found the perfect solution. As usual, there is plenty of other information on a diverse range of topics. In our Under-Threes section we look at the latest developmental toys for your baby room (page 14) and track down highchairs and low chairs that should help make mealtimes more pleasant and comfortable. For the Foundation Stage (page 29) we have found some fabulous, portable staging for all those drama productions - just the thing for this term, when thoughts are turning to the Christmas play. If making music is one of your favourite activities with your out-of-school group, turn to page 32 to read about instruments to suit all ages and levels of skills.
