This issue of Nursery Business takes a hard look at what is needed to ensure success in a competitive market that will face further challenges in the future as Government initiatives roll out. A high-quality staff team will provide the best for children's care and learning, and our curriculum feature (page 17) gives advice on instilling a child-led approach that will also please Ofsted.
