Faber Music launches free books initiative for teachers

Teachers can request a free copy from selected titles in Faber Music’s education catalogue by 10 July.

Educational music publisher Faber Music is offering music teachers free books before the end of the school term.

Launching on 12 June, teachers have until 10 July to request a free copy from selected titles in Faber Music’s education catalogue.

Served on a first-come-first-served basis, the books will include instrumental methods, repertoire collections, classroom resources and more.

Faber Music’s marketing manager, Rachel Topham explains: ‘We’ve been hearing from teachers that, particularly now in the post-Covid era, there’s a real desire to explore new materials and get their hands on physical copies of books.’

‘We also recognise that now more than ever it’s important that we listen to music teachers and do what we can within the industry to support them. We hope that through the Faber Music Free Books Initiative we can not only offer that support but strengthen the invaluable connection between publisher, teacher and student.’
