THE FAIL-PROOF PLAN

Despite all the good reasons for getting and staying fit, many of us start and stop classes or new regimes as often as we try out diets or shampoos. Even with the incentive of knowing that we will look better, gain more energy and be able to regulate our diets, we still revert to inaction and lethargy rather than swimming or running. Healthy exercise is not an ingrained habit in the same way that a lifetime of slouching in front of the TV is for most of us.
