Music as Therapy International, a charity based in South London, is offering seven places on its interactive music making course.
The course, which has been running since 2010, teaches practitioners how to use music to boost the communication, expression and social development of the under-fives in their care. By the end of the course, participants should have the confidence and ability to run their own regular music sessions independently.
It will run from this September until May next year from Charlton in South-East London.
Practitioners who secure a fully funded place on the course will also be provided with a set of instruments and a contribution towards staff cover and travel costs.
