A key theme of the one-day session, 'Managing in difficult times (in times of austerity)', is identifying, understanding and addressing strategic issues. This involves participants looking at ways in which they can be pro-active and focus on opportunities as well as challenges. The workshop helps practitioners to keep morale and motivation high by looking at how to manage expectations, retain talent and continue to develop leaders and the team.
