The exemplary practice of New College Nottingham's Once Upon a Time Day Nurseries, based at the City and Clarendon campuses, has been acknowledged by Ofsted inspectors, who last month judged both the settings as outstanding.
Inspectors commented on the nurseries' 'vibrant, exciting and welcoming environment', where staff are 'enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning and development'.
Di Sparks, NCN head of early years services, said, 'We are really looking forward to implementing the revised framework. Having less paperwork will mean that staff can use their time with the children more effectively.'
