The chain of eight nurseries was founded in 2004 by Mr and Mrs Woodman, who later went into partnership with Mr and Mrs Evans.
The deal brings the total number of nurseries operated by Just Childcare to 48, offering 3,418 places.
It sees the group move from the ninth to the seventh biggest nursery chain in the UK, according to this year’s Nursery Chains.
Just Childcare has experienced rapid growth over the past three years, growing from seven nurseries in 2015 to 48 now.
David Johnson, chief executive of Just Childcare, said, ‘The eight nurseries we have acquired all have excellent reputations and share our belief that the children in our care should be at the centre of everything we do.
