The deal brings the total number of settings operated by Just Childcare to 65, offering 4,920 childcare places.
This is the group’s third acquisition of 2021 and their first since Partou - the largest Dutch nursery group - bought Just Childcare earlier in the year.
It comes after Just Childcare sold the freeholds of 23 of its nurseries this month to property investor LXi REIT in a deal costing £34m.
