More nappies for disabled children

Prime minister David Cameron has acted to end Primary Care Trust limits on nappies for disabled children, following a campaign by Mumsnet and Every Disabled Child Matters.

Quantities will now be based on an individual child's needs. Some disabled children require more nappies than the three to four per day given by some PCTs. Mr Cameron made a commitment to address the issue during a Mumsnet webchat.
