Under The N Partnership, the nursery group’s managers and leaders from across its 21 settings are invited to become shareholders. The aim of the initiative is to reward and motivate senior staff for their hard work and the passion and energy they bring to the job.
The N Partnership welcomed its first Founding Partners at the end of last month who celebrated their new shareholder status at the N Partners’ Dinner, an event which will be held every year to welcome new Partners.
The nursery group, which plans to welcome new Partners to the incentive scheme every six months, hopes the new scheme will help it achieve its ‘vision’ of being the highest quality and most loved, early years education group in the UK.
Founder & chief executive of N Family Club Phil Sunderland said, ‘Our Managers and business leaders are core to our success, and as N Partners, they will be part of a group that drive, support and inspire the rest of the N Family Club team as we go on our journey.’
New Partner, Cara Munnery – manager of the Weybridge nursery – said, ‘Becoming one of the Founding Partners has been a real game-changer for me and has made me feel truly valued. I was only six months into my journey as a manager before The N Partnership launched, but the nursery group has welcomed me on as a Partner and put their trust in me. As a result, I feel a huge sense of accountability and it’s made me feel really motivated to lead my team to achieve our goals’.
Established in 2017, N Family Club aims to further expand across the UK with a target to reach 80 nurseries by 2025.
