The role will involve developing effective relationships between local authorities and nurseries, supporting the growth of local nursery networks and helping nurseries to improve quality and sustainability. Ms Winney was previously a development worker for NDNA Cymru. Her appointment has been funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
