The National Day Nurseries Association’s (NDNA) workforce surveys for Scotland and Wales cover recruitment and retention, the impact of minimum wage increases, the impact of Brexit on EU staff members, qualifications and training.
The NDNA hopes the findings from each survey will provide it with a clearer picture of the crucial issues affecting the sector in Wales and Scotland to enable it to challenge Government for policy changes
Everyone that takes part in the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a Toadstool Small World Cottage donated by TTS and Consortium.
Purnima Tanuku, chief executive of NDNA, said, ‘This is a crucial time for childcare as the policy landscape changes in both Scotland and Wales.
