Pupils and staff at Little Acorns Nursery in Gomersal dressed up as superheroes and princesses for Children in Need. The children baked buns, decorated biscuits and made Pudsey Bear pictures and masks.
Children at Mama Bear’s Day Nursery and Pre-Schools across Bristol have been taking part in special fundraising activities, such as decorating cupcakes, going on bear hunts and having sponsored balloon stomps to raise money for charity.
The children at Babblebrooke Day Nursery in Loughborough raised £100 by dressing up as superheroes and doing superhero activities.
Wimbledon Nursery held a superhero day where the children were allowed to dress up in costumes. They also helped to bake cakes to raise money for Children in Need.
Pupils from Horrington House Pre-School visited a golf club wearing their specially-designed Children in Need t-shirts. They were introduced to the sport and practised hitting golfballs to raise money for this year's fundraising event.
The Early Doors Day Nursery in Worcestershire had a sponsored superhero fancy dress week, raising £394. The children also enjoyed learning about real-life superheroes such as doctors, nurses, police officers and the fire brigade.
