Nursery invests in news and security system

A Liverpool nursery has devised a new way of giving news updates to parents as part of a 12,000 investment in IT and security.

The setting has installed a new LCD television in the entrance of the 61-place nursery, which has been linked up to its computers and server, allowing staff to display any news or photographs on the television screen to keep parents updated.

Sue Adamson, owner/manager of Hopscotch Childcare, said, 'I believe that it is paramount to invest as much as possible back into the nursery to ensure that we are continually improving our services.

'The new IT and security system will not only provide the parents with easier access to what is going on at Hopscotch, but will also improve the management and administration tasks that we undertake as part of running the nursery as smoothly as possible.'
