Provision Business Management
A North Staffordshire nursery owner is to open a third setting next month to meet increased demand.

Sheena Reid, who owns the Old Rectory Kindergarten, currently operates two nurseries, one in Stoke-on-Trent, which has a waiting list of 40 children, and the other in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

She will open a third nursery in the former Cobridge community centre in Stoke-on-Trent, 50 yards from her other setting, in September.

new-nurseryThe new nursery, the Old Rectory Kindergarten Moorcroft Grange, will offer 79 places and provide up to 15 jobs.

It will have a number of special features including a sensory room, a woodland room -  bringing the outside in - and a large outdoor area.

Part of the building will continue to be used as a community centre, where classes will be run for parents covering cookery, languages, English and maths.
