A DONKEY COMES TO VISIT
Children from Asquith Moortown Nursery in Leeds had a surprise visitor to the nursery - a donkey called Simon.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Stables Daycare Nursery in Tonbridge, Kent celebrated the setting's 20th anniversary with a party. Children and their families were treated to live musical performances including a medley of Abba songs by members of staff.
SAFETY FIRST
Nursery on the Green and Pre-school in Frimley Green, Surrey welcomed a visit from its local fire brigade during Child Safety Week (18-24 June 2012). Along with learning about how to fight fires, the children were also taught about stranger danger by the community's police force.
