The group has bought Little Roos, which operates three nurseries in Buckinghamshire. With the deal, The Old Station Nursery Group now has 44 settings, providing 2,968 childcare places.
Established by Kuldip Singh Arora and Raminder Arora in 2013, the nurseries are based in Taplow, High Wycombe and Marlow.
Sarah Steel, chief executive of The Old Station Nursery Group, said, ‘We are thrilled to welcome Little Roos into The Old Station Nursery Group.
‘We are very excited to work with the teams at Little Roos, to learn from them, review best practice and share our group ethos in order to provide the best possible service to all of our families and the very best learning experiences to every child.’
