Outstanding accolade for KIDS creche

KIDS, the disabled children's charity, has received an 'outstanding' from Ofsted for the creche and out-of-school club it runs at Wylde Green Centre in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

The centre is one of 50 projects KIDS provides in the region for 2,000disabled children and families, and offers services such as short-breaksand play sessions for under-fives with complex health requirements.Ofsted inspectors were impressed by the 'stimulating environment', inwhich 'children make excellent progress in their learning anddevelopment.'
