- How did you feel about winning School Librarian of the year?
I was slightly shell-shocked, as the other nominees were very strongcandidates. This is the first year a primary school has won the award,which is a great achievement and a huge honour. I hope this willencourage more primary schools to enter.
- Where did the awards ceremony take place?
At the Prince Albert suite at London Zoo, which overlooks the penguinenclosure. I was able to take some of the children with me to the event,who were very excited as a few of them had never been to Londonbefore.
