'Spring' was organised by the Arts Community Exchange (ACE) in partnership with the Trojans Scheme and Camberwell College of Arts. More than 400 children from 15 primary schools contributed an array of artwork for the show, including a 20-foot Chinese dragon, a giant Japanese scroll, a series of life-size characters and cushion cover designs.
Jackie Nunns, chair of the ACE Trustees said, 'The pieces of artwork on display encapsulate the spirit of Arts Community Exchange and the inspiration that flows back and forth between artists and children during their work together. The exhibition culminates a year of joyful arts in the community, one of which I am exceptionally pleased to have been involved.'
