Up to eight children with an adult
Resources
* Wooden items such as bricks, floor tiles, bowls, musical instruments, pegs, lollipop sticks, a ruler, a pencil, carved ornaments, low table Preparation
* Put up a notice asking parents to bring in wooden items for a display. Explain that the items shouldn't be too fragile, because the children are going to be handling them.
* Cover the table with a cloth and arrange the wooden items on it. Add various wooden objects from around the nursery.
