Staff and children at the Peter Pan Centre for Children with Special Needs celebrated their Outstanding Ofsted report.
The charity, in Newcastle-under-Lyme, provides care to children from birth to five with a wide range of disabilities, conditions and syndromes. It had a £40,000 shortfall in fundraising last year and must raise £310,000 in the next year to maintain services.
