Residents from Shangri-La Care Home have been enjoying the company of local nursery children from Hopscotch Day Nursery, Lee-on-Solent.
The children have been bringing smiles to the faces of residents by singing songs and decorating biscuits with them as part of a new activity programme. It was such a success on both sides that the two organisations have now planned more intergenerational visits throughout the year.
