Message Discs from Reflections on Learning enable children to record comments, questions or sounds in their environment, then play them back. Flat and colourful, the discs are coaster-sized, made of plastic and contain a tiny recording chip and speaker. With just two buttons to control - ‘record’ and ‘play’ - they could not be simpler to use.
The write on/wipe off surface makes it easy to identify or personalise the discs. They are also ideal for practitioners to use as part of the process of recording and documenting young children’s learning stories.
Two kinds of disc are available: Red Message Discs record for ten seconds (£19.99 for five) and Blue Message discs for 30 seconds (£24.99 for five).
