Half-term has arrived!
As I write this diary entry, I am embarking on my week’s break from the increasing hustle and bustle of the chalkface.
Don’t get me wrong, I have loved this first half-term, but I was so ready for a break.
Towards the end of term my bedtime was getting earlier and earlier. It was getting to the point where it would be 8:30pm and I’d be waiting to go to my bed!
The last six weeks have been the most physically exhausting of my life, but I feel pretty proud of myself that I have got through without any serious break downs or crises – touch wood.
