Diary of an NQT: It’s good to talk!

Things are still all go for the teaching team during this very short period before the end of term.

We are now up and running with year 10’s controlled assessment, the House Eisteddfod is in full swing with the finale next week, I only have around 11 lessons left with my year 11 groups before they leave school in preparation for the summer exams, and year 12 only have about 20 lessons remaining.

It honestly feels like just a couple of weeks ago that we were all counting down to Christmas after such a long first term. However, now it feels like time is really running out and the year is just getting faster and faster.
